Short but sweet film that offers smokers lots of visual tips to quit.  Using a mix of animated illustrations and interviews it present a selection of tried and tested ideas to help a smoker to prepare for stopping smoking.  These run from listing reasons, setting a quit date, getting advice on medications, phoning helplines, getting support from family to keeping active, eating healthily drinking plenty of water and learning to relax when stressed.  A really useful film to show to in health centres, at stop smoking groups or community events.  It will stimulate discussion and can be added to with your own tips and those of successful ex-smokers.
