An ironic job advertisement for 'Replacement Smokers'. It points out that 300 smokers 'get promoted' (i.e. die) each day and new ones are needed to take their place and continue to pay for the lifestyles and pensions of the tobacco industry fat cats. Hard hitting and black humour.
