This poster has the Yuk factor! It shows photographs of 4 different cases of smokers' hairy tongue. The tar in tobacco gets clogged into the papillae on the tongue surface and these grow long and look like brown wet hairs. Smoking is bad enough but fancy snogging someone with a tongue like that! Young people and all smokers.
