Deciding to quit - for prisoners (25 Leaflet Pack)

For helping prisoners to quit smoking. This leaflet is published following government guidelines for smoking cessation in prisons. It offers advice to prisoners who have decided to stop smoking or are just thinking about quitting. For use in both support groups and in solo efforts to quit, the first leaflet of its kind aimed at people who can't go for a walk when they get a craving. It takes into account the reality of incarceration and how this can have advantages and disadvantages for a smoker trying to quit. It uses some quotes from prisoners who have quit.
