Reasons to buy from GASP
1. Choice of ordering and payment
You can order materials from GASP by sending an order by post, fax, e-mail
or through our website. You can pay be cheque, BACS or credit and debit card.
2. Price promise
GASP offers you value for money. In most cases, the prices of resources
in the GASP catalogue have stayed the same are reduced!
GASP tries very hard to keep all the prices shown in this catalogue for 12 months.
However prices do sometimes vary over the period the annual catalogue covers.
This will only be due to an increase in charges from our suppliers. We reserve
the right to change prices if necessary but we would inform you before invoicing.
3. Special pricing and discounts
For larger orders you will be eligible for substantial discounts. These
will automatically be applied to your order. However ask if you want to discuss
special prices for any orders.
4. Prompt delivery
Most of GASP items are sent from stock and are sent out within a week of
receipt of order. We guarantee that you will be sent your order within 14 days
unless the item is on back order, in which case we will contact you. Urgent
orders we can send out within 3 days.
5. Environmentally friendly packaging and paper
All the paper and the packaging we use is recyclable, and from renewable
sources and is CFC free.
6. Continual updating and research
GASP resources only use evidence-based information and for models and promotional
items we continue to look for design improvements to ensure that the products
are the best we can supply. As a result products may sometimes look slightly
different from those shown in the catalogue.
7. Customised orders
To suit the needs of local stop smoking services and other tobacco control
projects, GASP can customise existing resources or create new tailor made items.
We offer a number of promotional items which can easily be adapted. These include:
beermats, key rings, mugs, yo-yos, pencils, pens and stress balls that can have your local information
added. But we can take on the challenge of creating any resource for you if
that's what you want. We also have links with a sign maker and can make any
size of sign or banner to suit your needs
8. Extra GASP catalogues - FREE
Contact GASP for free, extra copies of this catalogue to give away at training
days, conferences or to give to your contacts and colleagues.
9. VAT - Value Added Tax
VAT will be charged on all those items subject to VAT - Posters, models,
videos, CDs, Smokerlyzers etc. These have the price followed by (+VAT). However,
many of the items in the GASP catalogue are not subject to VAT - leaflets, books,
packs and baby T-shirts and bibs. VAT will be shown on the invoice we send you. Please remember that carriage may also be subject to VAT. Non-UK customers will be advised of shipping/carriage costs and VAT (where applicable) for agreement before the order and payment are processed.

11. Delivery Costs
Total order must add up to a minimum of £10.00.

12. Delivery to highlands & islands of UK, Europe & International:
Carriers charge extra to these areas. We will have to pass this on to you. The shopping cart may show the incorrect delivery amounts if we are sending the order to the areas mentioned above. Please call +44 117 955 0101 or email us to ask for a quotation.
13. Delivery timings
UK and Europe orders 3 - 14 days (unless items are out of stock). International orders 5 - 4 weeks depending on mode of shipping. This will be agreed with you.
14. Urgent orders
GASP can send urgent UK mainland orders within 3 days, but a surcharge will be made. There is a £5.00 charge on orders under £100 and a £10 surcharge for orders over £100.
15. Payment
Most orders are invoiced and have 30 days to pay the
balance. New clients and overseas clients will be sent a proforma invoice.
You can pay by cheque payable to GASP, or credit card or send a BACS.
16. Returns
Please contact us immediately if an item is broken in transit. You will need to return the item to us with all the original packing. On receipt we will refund the item and your return postage.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other
reason please contact us as soon as possible. If an item is returned immediately
undamaged and with the original box also undamaged we will consider a refund
but we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery.

GASP respects your privacy - You have our assurance that we will not share your details with anyone else and will only contact you if it is specifically regarding products or services you have ordered. We abide by the guidelines as laid down within the data protection act (1998).
