You can order materials from GASP by sending an order by, post,fax,e-mail or through our website.
How can I pay?
You can pay by cheque, BACS or credit and debit card.
Why are there differences between the prices in the paper catalogue and the online catalogue?
GASP tries very hard to keep all our prices fixed for 12 months. However prices do vary and sometimes we need to pass these increases on.. We reserve the right to change prices if necessary but we would inform you before invoicing.
Can I customise one of the products on my order?
Yes! GASP can customise existing resources or create new tailor made items for you. Click here for more info.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes. The minimum order we can accept is £10
Orders will normally be delivered within 3 - 14 days. If items are out of stock and we will not be able to supply within this time scale then we will contact you to let you know.
I need my goods urgently when is the earliest I can get them?
GASP can send urgent orders within 3 days, but there may be a surcharge may be made. Just let us know when the goods are required by as you order and we will endeavour to fulfil your needs
If my order arrives damaged or I am not satisfied with the goods, can I return them?
Please contact us immediately if an item is broken in transit. You will need to return the item to us with all the original packing. On receipt we will refund the item and your return postage. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason please contact us as soon as possible. If an item is returned immediately undamaged and with the original box also undamaged we will issue a refund or credit note.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are worked out based on how much you spend and where the delivery is being shipped to. For a full break down on all delivery charges click here
You can pay by cheque payable to GASP or credit card or send a BACS. If you are ordering from an organisation then we may be able to invoice you. Invoiced orders are due for payment within 30 days.

I’m ordering from a public organisation and shouldn’t pay VAT, why am I being charged it?
All UK customers have to pay VAT. It might be that you can claim it back from HM Revenue and Customs at a later date.
The GASP website is great, but could I have an extra copy of your paper catalogue to show my friends?

How often are GASP products updated?
GASP resources only use evidence-based information and for models and promotional items we continue to look for design improvements to ensure that the products are the best we can supply. As a result products may sometimes look slightly different from those shown in the catalogue.
I can’t find the product I’m looking for, can I search for it?
Of course you can, in the top right hand side of every page there is a search field. Just type in the name, or part of the name and you should find the product you’re looking for. Alternatively you can browse using the product categories listed below. If you’re still having problems finding the product you want then feel free to contact us.
I have a GASP voucher, how do I spend it?
Just enter the Voucher code in the ‘Any special instructions’ box on the delivery information page as you process your order and we will deduct it from your order total.
